This is another endurance-based calisthenics routine using dips, push-ups, and pull-ups, all run as a continuous circuit.
You’re doing two push movements first, then finishing each round with pull-ups, which forces your upper body to work under fatigue. That structure is what makes this workout effective —it builds real strength, muscle size, and endurance at the same time.
The Routine:
30 Dips – 30 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
25 Dips – 25 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
20 Dips – 20 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
15 Dips – 15 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
10 Dips – 10 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
5 Dips – 5 Push-Ups – 10 Pull-Ups
Total volume: 105 Dips | 60 Pull-Ups | 105 Push-Ups
