I'll teach you how to make a tangzhong as well as our pumpkin dough, followed by our pumpkin butter and pumpkin cinnamon spice filling. You'll learn how to shape and bake our cinnamon rolls and in the end we'll finish it off with a delicious homemade glaze. Hope you enjoy!!

Tangzhong Recipe:
25g All Purpose Flour
125g Whole Milk
Pumpkin Dough Recipe:
Tangzhong - 25g AP Flour & 125g Whole Milk
100g Whole milk
150g Pumpkin puree
2 Whole Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Paste
550g All Purpose Flour
75g Sugar
8g Salt
7g Instant yeast
75g Unsalted Butter, softened
30g Unsalted Butter, melted for brushing
Pumpkin Butter Recipe:
60g Softened unsalted butter
45g Pumpkin Puree
Pinch of Salt
Pumpkin Cinnamon Spice Filling Recipe:
100g Brown Sugar
8g (1 ½ Tbsp) Ground cinnamon
1g (¼ tsp) Ground nutmeg
1g (¼ tsp) Ground ginger
1g (¼ tsp) Allsprice
1g (¼ tsp) Ground cloves
Glaze Recipe:
60g Cream cheese, softened
30g unsalted Butter, melted
100g Powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3 tbs whole milk
