730g Bread Flour
15g Sugar
15g Salt
7g Instant Yeast
20g Olive Oil
620g Water
Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Butter Recipe:
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
1 Heads of Roasted Garlic
50g Parmesan Cheese
10g Italian Parsley, Minced
4g Salt
10-15 Cranks of Black Pepper
