I can't tell you how excited I am to share my latest Cardio Pilates workout with you! With this Pilates and low-impact Cardio Blend, I’m bringing you the heart-pounding, low-impact cardio you love, mixed in with various Pilates exercises. This workout is effective at strengthening, lengthening, and toning your muscles and boosting your heart health (while still being kind to your joints). We cover all the bases in this Cardio Pilates video, it’s beneficial for conditioning the heart and lungs, improving posture, enhancing performance, and aiding in weight loss. My cardio pilates video uses light dumbbells to help increase the intensity and muscle-building burn. This workout is appropriate for all levels and ALL bodies. I will coach you through each step and provide modifications to help you meet your body’s needs and feel successful when you have finished.
