Be guided with clear instructions and gentle pace, in this gentle yoga for beginners and the over 50s and over 60s.
Afterwards you'll feel stretched, have better energy and be relaxed. Enjoy seated warm up, Cat/Cow, core exercises, Low lunge with a twist and Half Splits to strengthen and stretch leg muscles, Downward Facing Dog for strong core, Salute to the Sun, Warrior 2, Reverse warrior and half moon balance for hip mobility, wide legged forward fold, goddess pose, seated forward fold, easy twist, shoulder exercises, bridge pose for a strong core - improving pelvic floor health. Includes exercises to improve cognitive function, easy twists for healthy digestion, Supine Twist for a supple spine and a blissful body scan / relaxation.
