The equipment for today is a mat/soft surface and some dumbbells. As a reference only, today I will be using 2 x 7.5 kg and 2 x 10 kg.

Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed! Make sure whenever using weights to use weights that suit your fitness level but are still challenging!
