Exploring the backcountry is always an amazing experience. On this hike, we made the trek through stunning mountain scenery, witnessed an absolutely breathtaking sunrise on the way to John Muir Cabin, and ended the day with a peaceful sunset at Peterson Lake.

From alpine views to quiet cabin moments, this adventure had everything — hiking, nature, solitude, and some of the most beautiful light we’ve ever seen.
