The concept of this book is wonderful, having a Mr. Small and a Mr. Big demonstrating how we think about what we want to do and how we can talk ourselves out of trying something new. So relatable to children and I think adults too. This is such a sweet, playful, engaging and inspiring story that offers a valuable lesson in emotional understanding and in how having a positive growth mindset can build confidence and self esteem. There is an inclusive touch on Type 1 Diabetes and the illustrations are so delightful.
