In this video, I dive into the misconception surrounding motivation, particularly within the fitness industry. As a personal trainer who's helped over 150 clients in Oxford, I argue that motivation is often not the driving force behind consistent gym-goers. Instead, the love for the activity itself eliminates the need for motivation. However, for things that we find uncomfortable or challenging, like creating content or starting a new fitness routine, we need discipline, accountability, and perseverance.
