Hi Everyone 🙏
In this video, I have shown how to prepare a healthy and tasty Vegetable Semiya Upma in a simple way.
First, I took 250 grams of semiya and dry roasted it without oil until it turned light brown and kept it aside.
Then in a kadai, I added oil and sautéed carrots first, followed by onions, green chillies, and curry leaves. After that, I added green peas and tomatoes and cooked them well.
Next, I added turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and coriander leaves. Then I poured enough water and brought it to a boil.
After the water started boiling, I added the roasted semiya, mixed well, and cooked it on low flame for 2 minutes.
Now my healthy and delicious Vegetable Semiya Upma is ready.
This is a perfect breakfast recipe. It is light, healthy, and easy to digest.
