Hello everyone, welcome to my channel.
Today I am going to show you homemade moringa powder with healthy ingredients.
These are fresh moringa leaves.
First, I dried the moringa leaves in shade.
Now I am taking coriander seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, roasted chana dal, and groundnuts.
I also added a small piece of tamarind.
Then I added curry leaves, dry red chillies, and salt.
I dry roasted all these ingredients in a pan without oil.
Roast on low flame until nice aroma comes.
After roasting, I transferred them into a mixer jar.
I coarsely ground the ingredients first.
Then I added the dried moringa leaves.
Again, I ground everything well.
Finally, I added garlic and ground it.
Now the healthy moringa powder is ready.
Store it in an airtight container.
You can eat it with hot rice and sesame oil.
You can also eat it with idli and dosa.
It is very tasty and healthy.
