Strengthen and tone the glutes by learning how to do glute bridges with resistance bands! There are TWO WAYS to rock a banded glute bridge and both of them can be used for awesome glute gains.
A mini loop (booty band): this one you'll set up above or below your knees and hits the outer glutes the most
A strength band: putting tension onto the hip flexors and hitting primarily the glute max.
