The Ignite Series wraps week three with a full body stretch routine to help you recover, loosen tight muscles, and feel better after all those tough kettlebell workouts. I’m glad you’re here for this 15 min no equipment stretch session, hold or flow through each move for 60 seconds as we open hips, stretch hamstrings, release the back, ease shoulders, and calm the whole body with easy flows you can do anywhere. No weights needed just breathe deep and stretch it out. 💪🏼
