I’m so excited to have you here for Day 1: 30 Min FULL BODY Kettlebell Strength Builder designed to hit every major muscle group in the body. Take it slow and go heavy with 60 sec rounds and 30 sec rest. You’re locked in for Day 1 of the Ignite Series, now press play and let’s do this!

💪🏼 NOTE!! The weights I am using in this workout are a reference for beginners and if you are intermediate or advanced I recommend lifting heavier than I am in the workout.
