Hey friends! We have a 30 minute upper body complexes! The timer will be on for 90 seconds of work followed by 40 seconds of rest. We will have two exercises for each 90 seconds. You will do 10 reps of each exercise and go back and forth between the two for that duration. Then rest and two more exercises, So on and so forth throughout. We will complete two rounds total and a 1 minute rest in between rounds. All you will need is a pair of dumbbells. Just for your reference, the dumbbells I am using are a pair of 15lb dumbbells as well as 10lbs. This is always You vs You! Go at your own pace. You don’t have to follow along with me or my pace and reps. You may complete more or less than me and either way that’s totally fine. Have fun with it! Challenge yourself. I love incorporating this type of training into my routine. It changes things up, and allows me to do as much as I can within a time period. It is also perfect for beginner through advanced because you complete what you can and the weights you use. Please ensure you warm up prior to working out. Grab those dumbbells and Let’s Live It!

Diamond press x10
Wide push ups x10
Underhand cross body raise x10
Arnold press x10
Bicycles x10
Hover to alt knee to chest x10
Hammer press x10
Flyes x10
Cobra x10
Tricep press x10
Shoulder press x10
Front press x10
Overhead tricep ext x10
Tricep kickback x10
Repeat two rounds total!
