Enjoy a full studio-style Pilates experience with this 60-minute Full Body Alignment Flow, designed to improve cross-body balance, control, and overall movement quality.
This class uses cross-body and single-side (unilateral) movement patterns to help correct imbalances, improve posture, and build strength and stability throughout the entire body. The pace is steady and accessible, making it suitable for beginners ready to progress and intermediate movers refining technique.
