Описание: Today on Booze On The Rocks I show you how to make the Hemingway Daiquiri. Ernest Hemingway aka Popa Hemingway was diabetic and so the Hemingway Daiquiri was born, In fact it had the nickname of Popa Double because he wanted twice the rum. This tart Daiquiri is one of those easy rum recipes that have changed over the years into what we have today, a more balanced version.

HEMINGWAY DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS

.75 oz/22.5 ml White Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Gold Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Maraschino Liqueur
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
1 oz/30 ml Grapefruit Juice

METHOD

1. Add first three ingredients to shaking tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour into coupe glass,
4. Garnish with half a Grapefruit wheel.
