Welcome to the 7-Day Strength & Mobility Reset - a short daily programme designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build consistency in just 20–25 minutes a day. Each session blends Pilates, strength training, and mobility work to improve alignment, stability, and ease of movement.

Day 6 theme: Inner thigh strength & pelvic support

Today’s session is a surprise for your adductors (inner thighs) - a powerful but often neglected muscle group. Strengthening them improves pelvic alignment, hip mobility, core support, and overall stability. Expect a session that feels both challenging and deeply satisfying.

Equipment: dining chair, yoga block, Pilates ball, and one weight (any comfortable weight - I’m using 8kg).

This reset is perfect for anyone wanting to:
