This class is designed to release tension from your neck, shoulders, hips and lower back, helping you restore posture, improve mobility and feel balanced again after a long day at your desk.

This session focuses on:

✨ Neck, shoulder and upper-back release
✨ Hip and spine mobility
✨ Gentle core activation
✨ Nervous-system calming and relaxation

This class is instructed by Stacey Sharp, founder of The Pilates Collective, specialising in posture correction, pre/postnatal Pilates, injury recovery and mindful movement.

Suitable for all levels and ideal for evenings, after work, or whenever you feel stiff, tight or out of alignment.
