Adopted from the Functional Range Systems, this CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) video shares an idea of how to improve and maintain wrist mobility. This is an excellent skill to implement throughout the rehabilitation phase of injury, to practice prior to activities, to use as a "primer" for movement, and to use as a supplement to any warm up routine.
Working on CARs helps:
1. Improve and maintain joint health (aka. "joint nutrition")
