Описание: 60 Minute Fast & Sweaty NO REPEAT Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout at Home - Ok, here is a long HIIT workout for you! We will be alternating between cardio and strength in this workout today, so heart rate will be up and down. That said, almost all of the strength exercises are compound exercises, so lots going on today. We are keeping it fun and fast and doing 40 seconds of work, and only 10 seconds in between.
