Описание: 45 Minute STRENGTH & NO REPEAT CARDIO TABATA Workout - We are kicking it old school today with a fun Tabata workout. This is a fast paced workout and a lot of fun! We are going to do the cardio in a no repeat style, to keep it fresh, but we will repeat the strength exercises. We will alternate between the cardio and strength with each round.
