1000 Calorie HIIT Workout - Cardio, Weights and Abs At Home Workout!

Описание: Well, we are doing it this week, we are going to try and burn 1000 calories in one workout! In today's video we are spending 75 minutes doing a combination of resistance training, hiit cardio and abdominals. Of course, everyone will have a different calorie burn. This is based on your level of intensity, but if you are working out for 75 minutes, you can bank on burning at least 750-1000 calories!

Feel free to do any one of the segments, or do all 3 with me and feel the burn! I'll admit, this was hard! That cardio segment had me winded, but in a good way!

Warm Up - 3 minutes

Segment #1 RESISTANCE
Goblet Squats/Curtsy Lunge/Deadlift to Upright Row

Tricep Chest Press/Tricep Overhead Extension/Single Side Rear Flye

2 Plank Jack to Renegade Row/Plie to Bicep Curl/Wide Bentover Row
