Hola everyone.
Here comes a new workout: a 8 minutes ballerina pilates inspired abs and core workout - you can do from home, to strengthen, sculpt and tone your core. What you need is a mat and some comfortable activewear. I am wearing this lovely set from fabletics. This workout is perfect for all of you who want a defined, strong and sculpted core. ❤ you can combine this workout with my 15 min barre (less) lower body workout and 10 min barre upper body workout if you want a full body workout.

➤➤ Remember to engage your core during the whole 10 MIN workout, to have the best results:
x keep your back straight and engage your core


If needed : PLEASE TAKE BREAKS! It’s a challenging workout, don’t overdo it. Listen to your body - if it yells for a quick break - take it, stop the video and come back to the exercise whenever you are ready. I promise: it will get easier, as you get stronger!
