Here comes a new workout: HOT GIRL SUMMER! a 10 minutes toned and slim inner thigh workout you can do from home, to strengthen, sculpt and tone your lower body. What you need is a mat and some comfortable activewear. I am wearing this lovely set from fabletics. This workout is perfect for all of you who want a defined, strong and sculpted legs. ❤ you can combine this workout with my 10 min barre upper body workout if you want a full body workout.

➤➤ Remember to engage your legs and glutes during the whole 10 MIN workout, to have the best results:


If needed : PLEASE TAKE BREAKS! It’s a challenging workout, don’t overdo it. Listen to your body - if it yells for a quick break - take it, stop the video and come back to the exercise whenever you are ready. I promise: it will get easier, as you get stronger!
