This is typically what my first leg day of the week looks like for me!
These are some of my favorite exercises I like to do to see maximum results.
Before you start squatting I want you to warm up with 10 Barbell Squats.
Working Sets
-8 Tempo Squats 4x
-10 Hip Thrusts 4x
Superset: 12 Jefferson Deadlift (Each Leg) + 20 RDL’s 3x
My Favorite, CLASSIC 3!
10 Donkey Kicks (Each Leg)
10 Fire Hydrants (Each Leg)
10 Upside Down V’s (Each Leg)
