This is my trip to St. Louis for the 1st Phorm Summer Smash! It’s super loud so sorry about that, but if you want to jump straight to the workout we did go to 1:38!!!
Quick Burner Workout:
-Do this workout 3 times through
-Use a Plate or Dumbbell! If you don’t have one then use your bodyweight!
1. 8 Squats to 8 Pulse Squats
2. 8 Lunge Twists
3. 8 RDL’s
4. 30 Second Wall Squats
5. Calf Raises: 8 Ballet to 8 Neutral, to 8 Pigeon
6. 16 Seated Hip Abduction/Adduction with an Isometric Abdominal Hold to 30 Boats with Arm Pulse
7. 30 Superman
