Coach Laura takes us through a full body kettlebell flow workout.
The Kettlebell Flow is-
3-5 Bicep Curls (in squat position)
3-5 Tricep Extensions (standing position)
5-6 Halos
3-5 Bottoms up Presses (each side)
3-5 Bent over Rows (each side)
Use this as a warm up before your workout to get your shoulders nice and warm!
