Описание: Welcome back! This home workout will use one dumbbell or one kettlebell. We start with a warmup, move into a 10-12 min strength portion and then transition into an 18-20 min conditioning finish.

For the best experience we suggest you watch on a smart TV.

These workouts will use one dumbbell or one kettlebell. Coach Cole will be using a dumbbell and Coach Todd will be using a kettlebell. Recommended weights are 35-55lbs, though this varies by athlete. If you have lighter piece of equipment, you can do more than the suggested reps or add a tempo to increase difficulty . If you have a heavier piece of equipment, you can decrease the suggested reps.

If you don't have either pieces of equipment, you may be able to find an odd object at home that you can use.

We offer a few new workouts every week. In addition to this format we have 20 Min Body Weight Only workouts and 10 Min Ab Workouts. So don't forget to like and subscribe to get notifications when we post new workouts.

Workout A:
Strength Focus
:30/:30/:30/:30 x 6 Rounds
Hang Squat Clean*
Push Jerk*
Hollow Hold
Rest

*Alt Arms Every Round

Workout B:
Conditioning Focus
15 Min EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute)
Min 1: Left 3 Single Arm Swings + 6 Hang Snatches + 9 Overhead Reverse Lunges
Min 2: Right 3 Single Arm Swings + 6 Hang Snatches + 9 Overhead Reverse Lunges
Min 3: 4 Burpees + 8 Single Leg V-Ups + 12 Sit Ups
