A 20 Minute STANDING HIIT with WEIGHTS to build and burn at home. This is a NO REPEAT and KNEE FRIENDLY Workout with a 45 second work and 15 second rest format. This is a full workout with a warm up and a standing post workout stretch designed to fit into busy schedules. All you need for today's workout is a set or more of dumbbells and for reference, I am using 10 and 12lb dumbbells - I recommend choosing light to moderate weights since this is meant to be a faster pace workout.
