22 Min STANDING LOW IMPACT DUMBBELL HIIT to burn calories at home. This is an EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout that involves performing 3 exercises for a specific amount of reps within one minute. Any remaining time in that minute is used for rest. The workout includes a warm up, three EMOM circuits, a finisher, and a post workout standing stretch. All you need is a set of dumbbells to follow along.
