Join me on an 8 mile run starting from the Leigh Arms at Acton Bridge near Weaverham in Cheshire. We follow the river Weaver on the Weaver Way from Acton Bridge to Dutton Locks then head back along the Trent and Mersey Canal taking a detour through Little Leigh and following the footpath back to the canal past Saltersford tunnel before rejoining the river Weaver at Saltersford Locks and following the Weaver way over the fields back to Acton Bridge.
