A Big CSX mixed freight is going over the bridge over Mill Creek when a 2nd train shows up on the bridge. Listen to this epic train horn! This is the best train horn that I have ever got. You may have seen the Shorts video that I made of this. That was really awesome. The second train is a loaded grain train headed south. Notice the compressed springs on the cars. It's going to be a little difficult to count the cars on the CSX train but it was pretty cool to see two trains passing. I've been getting lucky with that lately. The grain train stopped for a short time waiting to get into Gest Street Yard. Listen to it starting up. I love that sound of the cars pulling the slack out.
I got lucky with the two trains passing and then waited for over an hour before the next train came. This train has a DPU working hard on the rear. The train has all kinds of mixed freight on it and if you look closely you can see a reflection of the train in the water. They were kind of booking. Rarely do you see them going that fast at this location. This is Canal Ridge Road in the Winton Place section of Cincinnati, Ohio. Spring Grove Cemetery is just across the tracks about a mile northwest of here.
The last trains in this video are model trains in Milford Ohio. This is an annual train layout set up next to where they sell Christmas Trees in front of the old location of Johnnys Trains. Does anyone remember Johnnys Trains? I used to love going there. They were only running a single steam locomotive on the layout because of derailment issues. The employees got tired of putting the train cars back on the track so the only thing running is a lite steam engine. Lol.
