PROJECT STEPS
1. In your role as Outreach Coordinator for JCM Wealth Management, you are responsible for developing presentations to inform community groups, non-profit organizations, and seniors facilities about the company's financial services.


Begin by switching to Slide Master View and then deleting the picture content placeholder in the 1_Title Slide Layout used by slide 1 (the slide layout at the bottom of the selection of slide masters in Slide Master view).
2. With the 1_Title Slide Layout still displayed, copy the Click to edit text placeholder and paste it about 1 inch below with the left sides even as shown in Figure 1, using alignment guides as needed.

3. Close Slide Master View, then reset the slide layout to reflect the changes you just made to the slide master. Enter JCM Wealth Management in the top text placeholder. Enter What We Can Do For You in the copied text placeholder on the title slide. With the title slide still displayed, hide the background graphics, then insert the picture file Support_PPT365_EOM4-2_Saving.jpg as the slide background. Change the transparency of the picture in the slide background to 20%.
4. On Slide 2 ("Overview"), change the theme to Office for that slide only. Customize the Heading font by changing the font type to Arial Black so the text is more emphasized.
5. On Slide 3 ("About Us"), use the Thesaurus to insert the synonym that begins with "h" for "assisting" in the first bullet item.
6. On Slide 4 ("Our Services"), change the slide background to a gradient fill. Change the font color of the bullet items to Black, Background 1 (1st column, 1st row in the Theme Colors palette) to improve the readability.
7. Check the spelling of the presentation and ignore any instances of a suggested spelling change to "JCM."
8. Add the company name JCM Wealth to the Company property in the document properties for the presentation. Save the presentation, inspect the presentation and when the results appear, close the inspector without making any suggested changes.
9. Go to Slide 1 and switch to Slide Show view, then navigate to the last slide in the presentation. With the last slide still displaying in Slide Show view, change the ink color of the pen to Orange. Use the pen to draw a rough oval around the text "Carolyn Morris." Keep the annotation when you exit Slide Show view.
10. Change the timing for Slide 4 ("Our Services") so that it automatically advances after four seconds. Deselect On Mouse Click.
11. Mark the presentation as final and then save the presentation.
In Slide Sorter view, your presentation should look like the Final Figure on the following page. Save your changes, close the presentation, and exit PowerPoint. Follow the directions on the website to submit your completed project.
