Описание: Workout #1 in the series! I really enjoy my Food and Beer, but really dig working out too! Have been using Body Solid equipment for the last 20 years and it Rocks! Only Two movements are used!! Overhead presses with Rope pulls. Complete both movements without a break / Rest to catch your breathe and repeat for a total of 6-10 total sets. The first movement is an overhead press for 10 -20 reps with a medicine ball, then move to the rope pulls for 3 sets. I wrap the rope around a pole that is secure and pull it almost all the way through, then jump to pull it through the other side and do the same for the final rep of the set. I used a 50 LB. Medicine Ball and Body Solid's heaviest ropes they carry. To adapt to yourself, use a heavier or lighter Med Ball and the same with ropes.
