Morning coffee, beautiful sunrise scenery, and an incredibly delicious berry yogurt bake. Savoring nature in this slow living video, I visit a tulip farm after the ducks visit me on the serence lake and then pick up a marine grill to cook dinner. Simple, good days on my boat in spring.
Yogurt bake recipe:
this yogurt bake is absolutely delicious and couldn't be any simpler, love it!
1.5 cups yogurt
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs oat flour
1 cup of berries
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and 8x8 baking dish. Whisk all ingredients together and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Add honey to the mixture if you like, or drizzle on top when serving.
Chicken marinade recipe:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp of lemon zest
1 tsp of smoked paprika
four garlic cloves
half a teaspoon of chili flakes
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp of salt
Black pepper to taste
