I'm still creating my perfect container garden on my peaceful boat. In this slow living vlog, I'm potting a flower garden in the rain, making corn fritters, making a Jungle Bird Tiki cocktail, and taking a sunset canoe ride after seeing the cutest baby turtle in the lake.

Jungle Bird Cocktail recipe: (crazy delicious, highly recommend!!)
1.5 oz dark rum
.5 oz Campari
1.5 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Garnish with fresh herbs. I used lemon thyme and basil, but you could use mint too, or experiment!
