Hello and thank-you for visiting my channel - Yoga with Kate.
Today’s yoga class will be a gentle 30-minute hatha yoga class. This class is fantastic for beginners and advanced and is a lovely gentle restorative practice. This class is fantastic for runners and cyclists. We’ll be focusing on all the muscles groups glutes, spine, shoulders hamstrings, quads and hip flexors and abs.
