Hey Friends!
It’s about time to SWEAT!
This workout is absolutely amazing — such a powerful fat burner and total mood booster!
Today’s routine is a Cardio Step & Sculpt session designed to tone and strengthen your arms and legs while keeping your heart rate up and your energy high.
We’re working through 10 unique intervals — no repeats (except to switch lead sides to keep the body balanced). That means your mind stays engaged and your body keeps progressing!
What you’ll need:
• A step platform
• A moderate set of weights (nothing too heavy — we’re moving with speed and coordination! I’m using 8 lb dumbbells).
Because of the stepping pace and upper body movement, this workout will challenge your coordination and upper body control while moving on the step. But I know you’ve got this! 🙌
Remember:
✨ Slow the pace down if you need to
✨ Focus on control over speed
✨ Modify when necessary
If you need a quick energizer to feel strong, empowered, and completely pumped up — this is your routine! This workout will leave you feeling powerful and accomplished.
We’ll start with a short warm-up to get your body ready and energized.
At the end, we’ll bring it down with a basic step active recovery followed by a few minutes of great stretches to lengthen and reset.
