Hello Everyone!
I am super excited for you to try this workout, especially if you do happen to have a STEP, because a cardio workout using a STEP will elevate your cardio training to a whole new higher level! And it’s such an awesome way to build your cardiovascular endurance because it’s so much fun!
However if you do not have a STEP, you can certainly still do the entire workout without it, you will absolutely still benefit with an effective cardio workout!
The STEP is such a fantastic tool to use not only for a choreographed STEP workout, but there are so many other ways you can use it! So of course that means watch out for more workouts from me using it! 😉
This CARDIO HIIT workout with the STEP has ….
✳️ 9 High Intensity Intervals
(I’m not exactly sure what happened to #10)
✳️ No Repeated sets
✳️ Basic to Moderate Level Combinations
✳️45 Seconds Work // 15 Seconds Rest
✳️ Please be sure to warm up and do the cool down at the end….I just couldn’t resist the “shake, shake, shake”!
⭐️Tips for Beginners⭐️
▫️No need for a STEP, but if using one have it one it’s lowest height level.
▫️Be sure you step up with feet placement on the center of the STEP.
▫️Pace Yourself.
▫️Modify any movement that may be too challenging. No worries, you will have it in no time!
