This workout keeps your body moving nonstop to build coordination, endurance, and serious fat-burning power.
💪 What to Expect:
Total body toning with an emphasis on upper body endurance
Continuous movement patterns on the Step for coordination and cardio intensity
Simple, basic step patterns — but don’t be fooled, the cardio challenge is real!
Don’t have a step? No problem! You can do every move right on the floor.
🟣 Equipment:
Light dumbbells (I’m using 3 lbs) — perfect for endurance and toning
Go light and stay strong! Heavier weights (5 lbs+) might compromise form due to the speed of the movements
🔥 This is your leaning and toning session — not a muscle-building workout — so expect to sweat, sculpt, and feel the burn without bulking up.
