Описание: Welcome to Day 16 of our 21-Day New Year Challenge! 💪

CHALLENGE DAY! Today we test everything you've built over the past 15 days. This is your moment to see how far you've come. Hold longer, push harder, and prove what you're capable of.

This 12-minute challenge includes:
✨ Plank Hold - 1.5 minutes
✨ Push-ups (on knees) - 10 reps
✨ Chair Pose Hold - 20 seconds
✨ Boat Pose Hold - 20-30 seconds
✨ Warrior III Hold - 15-20 seconds each side
✨ Bridge Lifts - 10-20 reps
✨ Side Plank Hold - 30 seconds each side
✨ Criss-Cross - 20 reps
✨ Crow Pose attempt OR Yogi Squat Hold
✨ Child's Pose - rest & reflection

What you'll need: Your mat, a timer, and everything you've built over 15 days.
Remember: This isn't about perfection. This is about seeing YOUR progress. How much stronger are you than Day 1? Today you prove to yourself what you're capable of.
