Welcome to Day 19 of our 21-Day New Year Challenge! 💚
Today we OPEN. After all the strength work, today is about backbends—opening your heart, chest, and front body. This is therapeutic, energizing, and deeply releasing. Two days left after today—let's open up.
This 10-minute flow includes:
✨ Cat-Cow - spinal warm-up
✨ Sphinx to Cobra - gentle backbends
✨ Low Lunge to Back Bend - hip flexors & heart opening (both sides)
✨ Camel Pose - deep heart opener
✨ Bridge to Wheel (optional) - ultimate backbend
✨ Bow Pose - full body backbend
✨ Child's Pose - integration
✨ Reclined Twist - spinal release (both sides)
What you'll need: Your mat, props if available (blocks, blanket), and the courage to open your heart.
Remember: Backbends are vulnerable. They open the front of your body—the place we protect. They require strength AND flexibility. They ask you to trust. Today you practice opening, both physically and emotionally. This is powerful work.
