Welcome to Day 11 of our 21-Day New Year Challenge! 💪
Today we're sculpting your upper body—arms, shoulders, chest, and back. After yesterday's intense leg work, your lower body gets to rest while we build strength and definition up top. No weights needed—just your body weight and gravity.
This 10-minute flow includes:
✨ Plank Hold - core and shoulder stability
✨ Push-ups - chest and triceps power
✨ Tricep Dips - arm sculpting
✨ Plank to Down Dog - shoulder strength
✨ Arm Circles - shoulder endurance
✨ Dolphin Pose - shoulder stability
✨ Side Plank - obliques and shoulders
✨ Reverse Table Top - posterior chain
✨ Child's Pose - shoulder release
✨ Eagle Arms Stretch - upper back opening
What you'll need: Your mat, determination, and the willingness to shake and burn.
