This workout features 5 exercises performed for 40 seconds each with 20 seconds of rest, repeated for 3 full rounds. Perfect if you're just starting your fitness journey or getting back into strength training.

✔ Bicep Curls
✔ Tricep Kickbacks
✔ Lateral Raises
🏋️ EQUIPMENT:
• 1 pair of dumbbells (I'm using 20 lbs — use lighter if you're just starting)
