• Exercises per round:
1) Biceps Curls — 12 reps
2) Overhead Shoulder Press — 12 reps
3) Bent-Over Rows — 12 reps
4) Lateral Raises — 12 reps
5) Tricep Kickbacks — 12 reps
TIMING
• Slow controlled reps
• Rest 30s between exercises
• Rest 60s between rounds
