This shoulder follow along home workout is upper body long resistance band workout that splits into two giant sets. Each giant sets consists out of 3 shoulder exercises and will be performed for 50sec long follow by 15sec rest.

Please find the script of today's long band shoulder workout below:

Giant Set 1
1. Resistance Band Shoulder Overhead Press
2. Resistance Band Standing Upright Row
3. Resistance Band Rear Delt Pull

Giant Set 2
1. Resistance Band Seated Face Pull
2. Resistance Band 90° External Rotation
3. Resistance Band Standing Front Raises

The whole workout is a follow along full length workout. It is an apartment friendly workout with no noise included.
