Join me in my cozy homestead cottage kitchen as I feed my family without the grocery store. I've got 10 simple, from scratch recipes made using things I already had in my pantry and freezers.

Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
2 lbs chicken, cooked
10 oz preferred noodles, cooked & drained
8 cups chicken broth
5 medium carrots, sliced
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, diced
1 can of corn
chicken bullion if needed, to taste.
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup-1 cup heavy cream
parsley

Keto Cheeseburger Soup
4 slices bacon, chopped
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
salt & black pepper, to taste
6 Cups beef broth
1/2 Cup heavy cream
3 Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Regular Cheeseburger Soup
1 pound ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup shredded carrots
3/4 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups peeled and diced potatoes
1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 cups of Velveeta cheese cubed or- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sour cream

Egg Burritos
tortillas
scrambled eggs
bacon or meat of choice, cooked
salsa
refried beans
cheese

Baked Oatmeal
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fruit of choice
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
2 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes

Red Beet Eggs
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup sugar of choice
2 cans red beets
1 doz hard boiled eggs

Jalapeno Popper Chicken Salad
1 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
2 strips cooked bacon, diced
4 oz cowboy candy, drained and chopped( I used nadapenos in mine)(or 1 fresh jalapeno, diced, if you can handle the heat)
1 tbsp hot sauce, if desired
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
add mayo to desired consistency

Ranch Seasoning
4 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp chives
1 tsp dill
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp arrowroot powder

Big Mac Sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp mayo
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp pickle juice
1 pickle spear, chopped
splash of Worcestershire

Oatmeal Jam Bars
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/3 cup oat flour
Jar of Jam or preserves
