Simple Basic Beef Roast Made In My Electric Skillet

Описание: What says comfort food to you?? One of the foods that speaks to me is a beef roast. It is so easy to make one in your electric skillet.

1 beef roast
enough flour to coat the roast
salt and pepper to taste
veggie oil
Veggies that are traditionally used
potatoes
onions
carrots
celery
water
Coat roast in flour and seasoning. Sear roast in hot oil in electric skillet. Reduce heat. Add water. Cook until about half done. Add veggies. Cook until tender.
