Get ready for a 50-minute full body strength workout designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and boost overall strength. This dumbbell workout at home or in the gym is structured into 5 powerful circuits, each targeting a specific muscle group for maximum results.
💪 Workout Structure
This workout includes 5 circuits, each with 5 exercises.
• Work: 45 seconds
• Rest: 15 seconds
• Each circuit is repeated twice to fully fatigue the muscles and stimulate strength gains.
